Submission Guidelines

The International Journal of Cloud Computing and Cyber Security (IJCCCS) welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished research contributions from academicians, professionals, and practitioners worldwide. To ensure a smooth review and publication process, authors are requested to carefully follow the submission guidelines outlined below.

Manuscript Preparation

Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
Format: Submissions should be prepared in MS Word or PDF format, typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with standard margins.
Length: Research articles should typically range between 5,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Short communications and technical notes may be shorter.
Title Page: Should include the title of the paper, author(s) full name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and contact details of the corresponding author (email and phone number).
Abstract: A concise abstract of 150–250 words should summarize the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords to help index the article.
Figures & Tables: Must be numbered consecutively, clearly titled, and placed within the text at relevant positions. High-quality images (minimum 300 DPI) should be used.
References: Must follow the APA (7th edition) citation style. All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list.

Manuscripts must be submitted directly via email to the editorial office @ : editor@ijcccs.org. Authors should ensure that their submission is original and not under review in any other journal or conference. Along with the manuscript, authors must submit a cover letter stating the significance of the work and confirming that all authors approve the submission. Submissions must be free from plagiarism and must properly acknowledge all sources. Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for any copyrighted material used. Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission. Research involving human participants or sensitive data must comply with relevant ethical standards. Accepted manuscripts will be copyedited and formatted before online publication. Authors will receive proofs for final corrections before the article is published. Published articles will be assigned a unique DOI and made freely accessible to the global research community.
